That is why we seek those who share our passion for treating the whole person – body, mind and spirit.Position Summary:Under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, the PTA directs, administers and modifies physical therapy patient care programs upon assignment after evaluation by the Physical Therapist. Performs administrative duties and participates in department Performance Improvement, Infection Control, Safety and Education programs as directed. The staff Physical Therapist Assistant may be assigned to orient staff and students and to assume the duties and responsibilities of the supervisor in the absence of that individual.Minimum Qualifications:Education:Graduate of American Physical Therapy Association training program or Equivalent Training or experience as specified by the Physical Therapy Board of California.
