Master's degree in Nursing from accredited university is required.
Minimum two-years in a community clinic setting preferred
Minimum two -years documented experience as a nurse practitioner / CNM
Board certified in area of specialty practice preferred
License / Certification:
Current California Advanced Practice Nurse License (nurse practitioner or certified nurse midwife)
Current California RN License
Current California Furnishing certification (within six months of hire)
Current BLS certification
Successful completion of credentialing through the Medical Staff Office
